    Xbox One code Not been accepted


    Hi Guys

    i need some advice please, i tried redeeming my xbox live code and it says the code is incorrect,when i typed it in again it said the code was in use. i received the email to say that i have activated the code but it wont let me play on live. I did a account
    transfer from Xbox360 to XboxONE did i maybe not transfer my account properly or will it pick up automatically?

    i'm not sure what to do from here?

    Problems with activating game codes.

    I believe this has now been resolved. One of the more recent updates accepted the codes on my xbox One.

    Hi there,

    why do you think that you have been accepted?

    Have you been invited by someone or did you actually got accepted? Since as far as I know getting accepted will mean that you received the Preview App to register the console.

    If you didn't receive the message (with code) to install the preview App I do think you might not been accepted (yet). An invitation will not mean you get accepted.

    There was some trouble with Xbox Live yesterday, but this issue should be cleared up now. Are you still having trouble? Let us know either way Xbox One code Not been accepted :)

    Problems with activating game codes.

    I believe this has now been resolved. One of the more recent updates accepted the codes on my xbox One.

    I redeemed a pre paid code for xbox one when I go on to my profile i can see it there and it has been accepted but if I go into a game to use it it says it is not there.

    I put a code for a game pass and the xbox didnt accept it

    Check to see if you correctly input the code into your Xbox. If it still doesn't accept it, Contact customer support and ask if the code had been used before.
