xbox one code has already been redeemed

Hi,

I purchased gold key for 12 month,

Now when I try to play with other player in the net,

I receive this error :

"xbox one code has already been redeemed"

What can I do with this problem ?

Code has already been redeemed?

I recently got Forza 7 and when I try to enter the code I'm informed that the code has been redeemed. Issue is I haven't redeemed it yet. I checked both my account and my wife's account and in the store it says we can buy the game. I've also looked online
on the site and its the same thing. The game is also not in my ready to install section.

If you purchased it from Microsoft you should contact support Contact Us | Xbox Support If you purchased it from another retailer you should contact them.
