Xbox One COD Gosts Lag

Hey, I've had COD Ghosts for my Xbox One since Chrismas, and I am beginning to experience an unplayable lag. It's most definitely not my router doing this or my connection. When I tried to play online today on TDM, it said that the "connection to server
was lost" or "lost connection to server" (something like that). I ejected my disc, wiped it off, and put it back it in (before I wiped the disc it had a small fingerprint and scratch that both disappeared after I cleaned it). After I did that, I could connect
to matches, but the lag was TERRIBLE! I could barely move without glitching throughout the map and getting killed every few seconds! What is going on? Is my disc starting to get lazer burns, or is it the COD servers doing this? Any help would be appreciated!

Also, if your ping is in the double digits, you should be fine playing online.

Ping > 75 may experience occasional lag

Ping > 100 may start to notice lag routinely

Ping > 125 may be very hard to play the game, if you can play at all

Ping > 150 may not be able to play certain games correctly if at all

I suggest contacting your ISP (Internet Service Provider) about this, they may be able to optimize your connection so you can get a faster ping. Most ISPs will accommodate for this.
