XBOX ONE COD Ghost downloads but will not play

Hi

Could some one help me .i have been playing COD Ghost from the day of XBOX One release date my game was working great.

Came on to play it the other day the game loaded up to start screen and then screen goes black and nothing happens (left it to see if it was a timing issue 50mins)

Have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it still does the samething. please help me

Cant Download After Redeeming Code

Purchased COD Ghost nexgen code on ebay. Successfully redeemed but wont show on xbox one downloads. Cant figure out how to download game.

Hi i redeemed my call of duty: ghosts original ghost multiplayer skin from ebgames today on the xbox website on my phone. Everything went fine but when i got home it did not download on my xbox One and when i try to find my download or redeemed code histories
i can't find them. I can't find any previous download on my xbox One, i need help.

i found out how to fix it just hold your thumb over the button on the console then turn it back on and it should work

 

As BSwa9 mentioned- reboot the console. With the console on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5-8 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug the power supply, wait about 30 seconds and then plug it in and reboot. You should see the green splash
screen upon reboot. It may take a minute to boot all the way to the home screen. If you did not see the green Xbox splash screen, please redo it. After that sign in and launch the game. It should run fine after that.

 

As stated before, the common fix to this issue is a process known as "Power Cycling" the console, which also clears the system cache. To do this-

1) Power the system off.

2) Remove the power brick from the back of the console and from the wall for roughly 1 minute.

3) Plug the power brick into the wall and into the console.

4) Monitor the power brick. The light will change from white to orange.

5) Once the light turns orange, turn your system on.

6) You may notice that your system takes a bit longer to turn on.

7) Your problem should be solved.

Many cases have been solved just by that simple method. If you continue to experience the problem, uninstall and reinstall the game, but make sure that your gamertag is signed in at time of install. As always, be sure to make sure your disk is clear of
any debris and your console is in an area with minimal dust. If you continue to experience the issue, I recommend trying to install a friend's disk and see if that resolves your issue. Please come back if you are still having troubles.
