xbox one:COD AW download code INVALID

i just bought xbox one cod bundle $560 canadain , i get home get everything setup and installed and my code is not working to download the dam game , this is a huge *** off , seeing how we never got the $50 discount because i am canadain and only the usa
gets the bundle descrese of $50 , and then for my game not to work , i rushed to the store to buy this bundle to play cod , wdf is going on

i bought a brend new xbox and when i try enter the xbox live gold trial, i got error message ``invalid code``.

i cant download neather ,the game dance central 2!

after scratching the code and enter code ,i got the same message "invalid code"

this is frustrating

help please.

 

I wonder if the $50 off has anything to do with this. Like you can't play the game so we are give ping to $50 buck back or to your account.

 

Same. I expect some sort of compensation as I am sure others do as well.

 

Oh I sure of it. Xbox sent me an email last week saying they were crediting my account 50 bucks.

Hi guies ! In France, same Problem, the 3 codes work except the one for the game... Brand new xbox one for this game ( i used to have theday on edition....found my Free Activision copy of ghosts that i never played in order to waste my time on it. yeah....

I was on phone with rep and was told I will be able to download a ZERO Edition copy, but not until tomorrow.... WTF sense does that make??? I had it shipped overnight to play TODAY!

What's funny is the ZERO Day items all downloaded fine, but not the game.

It still will not ******* download. Jesus, When I buy a game I expect to get it right away. This is why digital download doesn't work on consoles

 

Has anyone tried using the code on Xbox.com and seeing if it'll push the game to you?

 

Yea this is bull! Got the day off to go buy the new bundle and the code is not working!what the heck!I didn't just spend 600 dollars to sit around because the code is invalid. What's going on Microsoft? I will be expecting some type of compensation for a
failure on your part.

 

This is getting ridiculous, its 5:45 pm and I have been trying every 30mins since 10am and still my code wont work. I talked to Microsoft they say the code is good i just need to keep trying it every 30mins and wait for there systems to register my code,
that was hours ago still not working. what was the point of offering these day zero bonuses then not have there systems able to handle it.
