Xbox One CoD Achievements

There is an issue when I checked my achievements the "General of the Army" achievement, for obtaining 1st prestige on multiplayer, doesn't show up. This is a problem because i am currently 2nd prestige so how can this be fixed.

Very Slow when doing anything.

Ok I love the xbox one and I am really glad I swapped my ps4 for it. But whats niggling me is when I go to Achievements or Friends page it takes FOREVER to load. for example I got an achievement on COD last night and I held the centre button but it was just so slow.

Just me or anyone else?

Day one achievement not unlocking

So when I got the achievement on 12/27 I didn't because it wasn't day one? I got a xbox one for christmas opened it up and there was a redeemable code for the achievement and I received the achievement when I redeemed the code. Of all the people on true
achievements to have redeemed the code the most recent was july 25th to have it unlocked.

Hello while I am not familiar with this particular achievement, a forum staff member has posted a great achievement troubleshooting guide. I would suggest closely following the steps there as there are some good suggestions that

Ok then the guide at trueachievements.com just tells me a faster way to get to prestige 1 i am prestige 2 yet after checking a day later it is still not unlocked. I believe this is a bug, if you can't help me can you refer me to someone who can. Thanks

There is no one who can force the achievement to be unlocked. That link does have a survey if all troubleshooting fails, you can sue that survey to report the issue to the right teams so any bugs can be worked out in the achievement system.

I'm a decent player, have all zombie achievements of cod waw and cod bo except the ones of moon. i have a headset

Last night, it started happening to me. I was playing COD: Ghosts and Xbox Fitness and unlocked some achievements in both games but there wasn't an achievement notification popup in either game. I was the only one signed into the console.
