    Xbox one cloud storage


    I am trying to activate mu cloud storage on my xbox 1 but when i go into my system - storage, there is only my internal storage available. i have libe gold so that shouldnt be the issue...

    any suggestions?

    Question regarding cloud saves on XBOX ONE.

    All game saves automatically store in the cloud.

    The Xbox One has unlimited cloud storage.

    You can deleted saves from the cloud on the Xbox One dashboard.

    The One automatically saves data to the cloud. You don't have to enable anything.

    Hi there

    If this is 360 cloud storage you have a 2GB save limit and you will have to delete some saves to free up space.

    If it's xbox one cloud storage then I'm not to sure to my knowledge there is no save limit on xbox one cloud storage but I could be wrong

    Xbox Live Cloud Save

    Cloud is an online storage that can be accessed using Xbox Live Gold for Xbox 360 consoles and Internet connection if Xbox One. Basically, if you have cloud, your game saves get stored to your console's local storage and the cloud. Let's say for example
    you performed a factory defaults for your Xbox One or format of hard drive for your Xbox 360, your save games from the local storages would get deleted but since you have cloud storage, your save games can be retrieved. This is why cloud can be considered
    as your back up.

    If you read the xbox support faq page the info is all there:

    "Cloud saves let you play games on multiple consoles from where you left off. If you have more than one Xbox One console, or if you want to play games at a friend's house, you can store your saved games on Xbox Live servers in the cloud"

    and

    "On Xbox One, each game is provided storage. As a user's game library grows, so does their cloud storage, and an Xbox Live Gold subscription isn’t required. This gives Xbox One users unlimited cloud storage based on their library size"

    To recap Cloud saves is storage for game saves and the space you got is based on the game you got.
