    XBOX ONE CLIPS NOT SHOWING UP ON ONEDRIVE


    Hi,

    I have been using my Onedrive lately and all has been going well, however in the last few days i have been trying to share clips to my drive with no luck, it says it has been shared when i do it on the console however when i look in the xbox game dvr folder
    on my drive the videos do not upload even after waiting a full day doing hard resets of the console logging in and out of onedrive and a number of other fixes i have looked up but still nothing seems to work can anyone help me with this issue at all?

    One Drive does not work

    You can use Upload Studio to upload video content to OneDrive. The following support page will help you: Upload Studio Sharing Clips

    Once your content is on OneDrive, you can use the OneDrive app on a tablet or your phone to download your content.

    Wow, I never knew that you could download video clips from your Xbox onto One Drive, and then put them back on Xbox Live. Thank you for this post lol. About a year ago, before Xbox doubled the storage capactity for your captures being stored on Xbox Live,
    I was always out of room. I admit I had probably hundreds of clips and hundreds of screenshots, and it always says my storage was full so if I tried to take another clip, it would say that I couldn't upload to Xbox Live. So, I uploaded a ton of my clips to
    One Drive and then deleted them from XBL to make space. I never thought I would be able to share those clips again on Xbox. Very nice, thank you for this. I learned something myself lol. :)

    How to download Xbox one clips to pc? Step-by-step guide

    Follow these steps to download Xbox one clips to your pc:

    Open your Xbox one and scroll over to the community tab in the menu.

    Now select “manage captures”. In this section, you will see all your Xbox one clips that you have saved on your Xbox one device.

    Find the clip that you want to save to your pc and click on it.

    After selecting that clip, wait for the clip to load. Once the clip loads, press A on it. This will bring up a short menu. Here, you need to click on the share button in the middle.

    You can share your clips to Twitter, Club, or OneDrive. To save the clip to your pc or other devices, you need to share it with your OneDrive account.

    I tried downloading the OneDrive app from the xbox one store and if never downloaded. Obviously this is broken so you will not be able to upload clips using the Xbox studio. The ONLY way I have found to get clip and captures is to use the youtube app.
    As usual Xbox makes promises and fails to deliver.

    You get unlimited cloud storage for game saves, game clips, your profile, ect. Please note your OneDrive is not the same cloud storage that your Xbox One uses for game content and your profile. You OneDrive is used to save clips you've edited in Upload Studio

    To sum it up OneDrive is used to upload game clips and store/share files and you have a limited amount of space (Unless you purchase more), and the separate Xbox One cloud storage saves your profile, game saves, ect and it has an unlimited amount of space.
