Xbox one clips issue

Hi folks, I'm having some issues with my Xbox one. For some reason I cannot watch clips on any source other than my console. the clips are unavailable to view on the Xbox smartglass app or Xboxclips.com but I can watch everyone else's clips which cancelled
out the possibility of it being an issue with the mobile device. Ive also noticed that there is strange english text in the menus on my console. I'm assuming the too issues are linked. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could fix this problem?

Upload Studio/ Game DVR Help!

Some of my clips do have audio, some do not. Of the ten or so clips I have recorded while playing Titanfall (via "xbox record that") only one or two have audio. Those were also the oldest clips I have from the game. None of my BF4 clips had issues with sound.
It's only the past couple weeks worth of Titanfall clips that play without any sound. A hard reset of the xbox one did not solve my issue.

 

April update messing with disk drive

so I got the latest update and its sorted out my disc drive problems with the not reading discs and the disc going back in the console straight away but I now I have an annoying issue witch is

the gamer clips record even tho I haven't got gamer clips turned on to record clips

then when I go and check what has been recorded there are no clips

so it looks like xbox has fixed one issue but now has another issue

does anybody else has this issue

Thanks for the reply Mister Cizl. I just tried to watch my latest clips on Xbox.com there and had the same error message. my older clips work fine it's just the most recent ones that won't play.

Hi Mister Cizl, yes I can view everyone else's clips and my older ones. The only ones that seem to be the issue is my most recent clips.
