    bought £35 xbox live credit today which was so I could buy the call of duty season pass, but due to content restrictions on my xbox one I could not. I would change these settings but I can't as I cannot get access to my parent account. Can you help?

    As long as they can actually play Mature rated games online on this console then i'm happy.

    I have a PS4, but sony have weird policies regarding sub accounts, and that sub accounts cannot play Mature Rated (PEGI 18) games online. Does Xbox One allow for children at the age of 16 to play games with a higher Age Rating online if all restrictions are turned off and content is set to 18 and over.

    The issue is that you are doing it on a child accoujt

    Have a parental account or use a xbox 360

    Child accounts cannot make purchases of m rated games without parental permissions on a consoke

    And the xbox one parental settings aren't compatible with xbox 360 as there is no unrestricted settings that's why it cannot be made on the xbox one on child accounts

    So the xbox one uses the Web interface not the 360
