XBOX One Chatpad damaging controllers.

I purchased an XBOX One Chatpad from Amazon on November 19th, 2015. When it arrived I tried to connect the unit to 2 different standard XBOX one controllers and it simply would not fit. I tried for almost 1 hour and, as I am almost ashamed to admit, suffered
physical pain in my wrist from the effort. I contacted online XBOX support and was simply told that I had a defective unit and that I should contact Amazon for a replacement. XBOX provided me with reference number
1314291419 and sent me on my way. The replacement Chatpad arrived and after a brief attempt, the 2nd one completely broke the bottom connecting port of my controller. I contacted back to XBOX support this time over the phone. I initially
spoke to Justin and after about half an hour was given the "too bad, so sad" treatment after I was told my controller was out of the standard 90 day warranty. I said the controller was fine until I tried to connect another Microsoft/XBOX product to it. He
provided me with Levi over the phone who stumbled over his title introduction saying he was "leadership, floor supervisor, um yeah" ... after a few minutes I was given the same speech to go kick rocks about my issue from Levi. I asked to speak to someone
above him and he said that such a person does not exist. If I wanted I could be provided with another person at his same level. I then was transferred to AJ who was more confident on the phone. He was more empathetic at first about my issue and told me where
I could purchase a discount controller etc. I said the money isn't the point, it is the principal. I offered to send pictures to all the representatives I spoke to and they all hemmed and hawed around that without actually ever saying yes or no. More of
a stick your head in the sand approach. I then told them to go to Amazon and read all of the other negative reviews of people having the identical problem. Again, "too bad, so sad". I asked AJ where on the Microsoft/XBOX website I could write to an executive
team above him. He refused to provide me with this information and suggested I go to the general XBOX forum where I am now. I requested assistance as to where I could go to post this and at this point AJ hung up on me.

At this point I will contact Amazon to see if they will stand behind the products they sell even though I know they have nothing to do with the manufacturing process as I personally feel Microsoft should be liable for this issue. Please contact me if Microsoft
ever wants to admit their fault on this issue and stand by their products.

Chatpad won't fit XBOXOne S controller

The Xbox360 Chatpad will not fit on any Xbox One controllers. In order to use a chatpad on the Xbox One controllers you will have to buy the Xbox One version of it

Is the chatpad only made to fit xbox 360 controllers? It won't fit in my XBOX One S controller!
