    XBox One Chat problem


    I recently got a new headset, the Steel Series Arctis 3 Bluetooth. I cannot hear my gaming friends on XBox One. But I can hear the audio from the game and I can hear myself. Some of my friends have said they can hear me, some cannot. Of course Im wired
    directly to the controller, not blue tooth. I have checked every setting possible. The NAT is open, mic is open, chat is on, I have went through all these settings trying to trouble shoot it with the help of some youtube help videos. I know the head set works.
    I synced it with my phone. I could hear and talk. That all worked fine. So the head set works. Im convinced there is a setting somewhere im missing. I have contacted Steel Series help center. They are zero help. Any help on here would be appreciated. Im at
    a loss. Thanks.

    Xbox one problems with chat

    Are you able see the chats in either the xbox app or at Xbox.com, if they show up there, you can uninstall and reinstall your profile on the console. If they do not show up there, make sure your security proofs are up to date.

    No any message I can see are from early February and nothing since I have checked on the website and the app still seeing the same ones also checked to make sure my security is updated and it is so I'm not sure what is causing it but I will get a notification
    that I received a message but nothing pops up if I hold the guide button to directly open the message it just shows me the ones from before.
