    Xbox One Chat Messages not showing


    My Chat Messages are not showing properly, for example one of my Chat conversations is not showing up on my Xbox One S but I can access it through the Xbox App on my phone. Sometimes the conversation doesn't load properly on my phone either, but on my
    Xbox it has only been showing up once in a while under my Chats or not at all. Even if I send a message to that person, the conversation still doesn't show up under Chats.

    Due to excessive demand on live etc some of the services are having intermittent faults.

    For instance party chat, friends list and some game servers down periodically.

    It will be temporary and they will be working on it to get it restored asap
