Xbox One Chat Issue Because of Account Suspension

Discus and support Xbox One Chat Issue Because of Account Suspension in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Since my account got suspended i can't chat on the Xbox one.     Xbox One Chat Issue Because of Account Suspension


    Since my account got suspended i can't chat on the Xbox one. Before the suspension everything worked fine. On the Xbox 360 everything works fine. So the problem isn't my mic or connection. I contacted Xbox support and i was right look.

    Thank you for patiently waiting, we are able to confirm that this issue is an emerging issue for

    accounts that came from a suspension. No worries since I already submitted a request for this issue so

    that our technicians and engineer will be able to fix this issue for you guys.

    This is what they told me on Xbox support chat. The reason I'm posting this is because i don't know when its going to get fixed.

    Hi there!

    There is a known issue regarding account suspensions, which is being looked into by Microsoft. As far as I am aware, there is no time estimate as to when it will be fixed, but it shouldn't be too long.
