    Xbox one chat headset


    Disappointing that our Xbox one chat headset is not working again. This is the second one we have had and the mic has stopped working again, though this time it is just outside its warranty period. Even more disappointing when my son made his way to the
    shopping centre to buy a new headset, bring it home only to find that Microsoft have brought out a second generation controller with a 3.5mm jack. Therefore, his new headset doesn't fit his controller. Two more journeys for us to Game to finally get a refund.
    Would have been a good idea to tell people about the new controllers, don't you think Microsoft? I bet we are not the only people that have fallen foul of this.

    When you say "original Xbox headset", are you referring to the "Xbox One Chat Headset" ? If so, and I understand that you have already tried a few things,
    but may I suggest following up with "Xbox One Chat Headset troubleshooting" . If you continue to have an issue, then I would check to make sure that the controller
    is "Update your Xbox One Controller" .
