    Xbox One Chat headset fault.

My chat headset decided to give up the game last week at which point I contacted Microsoft support and went through the troubleshooting motions. They've asked me to post this, tracked, parcel - the full works...

This is going to cost me £24-26 to post out to the Czech Republic which is more expensive than buying a new headset...to follow up, I'm not going out to buy a brand new headset considering this was a £500 which is only around 2 months old.

Whats the situation here Microsoft? I'm not exactly willing to fork out another £20+ to get something fixed/replaced that should already be working in the first place.

Some input would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Jack

  3. Fault with Headset in Party Chat

    Hi there!

Are you plugging the headset into the console with a digital cable or into the TV with an AV cable?

Could you send us photos of the wiring setup and audio settings on the console?

We will be here to help troubleshoot!
