    XBOX ONE Chat and Gaming problems


    It's been an off and on problem starting about 3 weeks ago. Crashing games and getting boot out of chat;(happens more than game crashing) with an error code of 0x801900CC. I have a Launch Console Xbox one so its old. My family in other rooms are on a wireless
    setup on their console and have no issuses. Mine is wired connection. Works fine for about 30 minutes or so then the chat fails and sometimes loses Xboxlive connection all together. Ive tried all the rebooting of the console and modem/routers, clearIng cache
    and data. All my connection test check out excellent. Every other app i have runs teriffic. After about an hour of fighting this problem it will be fine about the rest of the time I'm on. PLEASE HELP!!!

    Xbox one chat issues and problems

    Several of my friends and i are having issues with our x box ones. Constant chat problems and being kicked outta chat, no voice and etc. Going into games also is an issue too. This is growing tiresome and making us angry!

    Are you able see the chats in either the xbox app or at Xbox.com, if they show up there, you can uninstall and reinstall your profile on the console. If they do not show up there, make sure your security proofs are up to date.

    No any message I can see are from early February and nothing since I have checked on the website and the app still seeing the same ones also checked to make sure my security is updated and it is so I'm not sure what is causing it but I will get a notification
    that I received a message but nothing pops up if I hold the guide button to directly open the message it just shows me the ones from before.
