Xbox One Chat adapter cable replacement in UK

Hey guys, I have the Astro A40 system with the Mixamp pro and when buying this I was told it is compatible for the xbox one with the chat adapter which it does but the cable that is provided with the chat adapter from Microsoft has broken on me twice
after getting a replacement, both of these lasted for around three months each. The cable I am on about is a 4 pole 3.5mm Male to a 2.5mm Female. I have looked online and ordered others off amazon and eBay but these seem to be very cheap and will not work.
Does anyone know any cables that are compatible or anyone that has been in my situation? Thanks

I found a cable on Amazon which is 2.5mm female to 3.5mm male, but it's fairly short (10cm)

If you go to a local electronic store and ask them about it including that it has to be 4pin (or by saying stereo and microphone combines jack) they will help you out and you might find a cheaper alternative.

The cable for the chat adapter has broken. It is a 2.5mm female to 3.5mm male 4 pole cable. I have tried looking everywhere online - ebay, amazon, maplin and have not had any success. Does anybody know where I can get one?

I have rung Xbox support and even they do not have an answer, they stated to go onto myservice.xbox and register the devices, but the website is stating an error :

I have no idea what to do as I cannot use chat through my turtle beach stereo headset (Turtle beach shadows)

Please help.
