Xbox one charger kit cable doesn't work anymore

Discus and support Xbox one charger kit cable doesn't work anymore in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Is there a way I can get the cable replace? The cord has a short and doesn't work.     Xbox one charger kit cable doesn't work anymore


    Is there a way I can get the cable replace? The cord has a short and doesn't work. I don't think I should have to buy a whole new charger kit when it's only the cord that needs replacing.

    Play and Charge Kit doesn't work

    I don't know what's wrong with the Play and Charge Kit, but my Xbox One Controller doesn't charge. If i plug the controller on the pc (with the cable from the play and charge kit) i can play perfect. But when i unplug the controller (after 2 hours of "charging"),
    the controller turns off in about 20 seconds. And i noticed, the led doesn't work anymore. On the first day when i tried the play and charge kit, everything worked fine (the led too).

    And what i can't believe: I bought the controller and the play and charge kit not even 2 months ago!

    (I also tried to put batteries in the controller, and everything worked fine)

    Hi Papi! In short, I don't believe there is an option to replace just the cable with Xbox Support, HOWEVER, the good news is, the cable which comes with the Play & Charge kit is actually a standard USB 2.0-to-Micro USB cable. This is the kind that comes
    with most smartphones, and can be gotten quite cheaply on Amazon or even in person at most stores. (Wal mart has a ton of them for around $5, and that's on the expensive end! Xbox one charger kit cable doesn't work anymore :)

    Charger cord not doin it's job

    When my charger cable stopped working I just bought the charge kit with the charger that plugs into a wall. I'm still using the original battery.

    Ok.. It seems that the play and Charge kit does charge the play & Charge battery with the Xbox One in instant on mode, as the light on the charger cable is still on after I turned the xbox one off (into instant on mode)... but still I'm wondering about the
    USB charger thing :)
