Xbox One Changing you're Email address to another

hello how do you change your email address on an account with an xbox one I already know how to do it with an xbox 360 but the only reason i want to do so is because every time i try and sign into something with this email i use for my xbox live account
most of my other accounts use a different email address so I want to change it to that email address I just don't know how to on an Xbox One

Shouldn't be an issue. You'll need to create a dummy email address in order to free up the other account. Simply follow the instructions at this link to change the address.

Changing my email address to another one.

I would like to change my email address for this account to another one which also has a Xbox Live account, however it is no longer in use. Can I delete the email associated with the unused account and change the email with this account to it?

I'm trying to simplify my accounts into one email.

account.live.com - sign in there, click change to the right of windows live id near the top.

Alternative, register an email at live.com, sign in on console, go to settings, account, your information, windows live id, change windows live id. Enter current password, new email and new password.

The best way is to change the email that use by going to account.live.com like MaximumExtreme said, but there is a little more tips you should follow. Once your signed in, left hand side you see an options that says "alias". To access this section, you have
to send you self a security code to access that information. After that, add a new alias (email address that you've never used for Microsoft before and that you can access), then verify the email, then make it the primary alias. The website will tell you
if it can't use the email address you'd prefer.

You're more than likely going to need to create another new email address that's not yet associated with any Xbox Live profile. Take a look over the information on the following link. It explains how you go about changing the email address for the gamer

You cannot transfer data from one account to another. You can change the primary email associated with the accounts though. Which may be helpful depending on what you're trying to do.

You will need to change the email address on the "dummy" account to something else, so that is becomes free to use with another account. Then you will be cable to change the email address on your main gamertag using this
email address.

To change the email address, go on your Xbox, select Account Management and then Windows LIVE ID.

Hello, what you would need to do is change the email address associated with the GT you want to use. So if the email address you want to use is tied to another GT you'd also need to move that GT to another email address to free up the one you want to use.
