Xbox one changed the appearance of my disc

So my Xbox one has been having trouble reading disc ever since I got it. It would take my at least 12 or more wipe downs to get it to work, but now it won't work at all, I tried to get a game to work this morning and when it didn't read I ejected the disc
and not the mirrored side. I have a picture but I can't attach.

I'm having major account issues. Someone may know my password.

And they changed my avatar appearance...also irritating

I think they also changed the appearance of the dropships that you escape in if you lose, but don't quote me on that one...

 

The mirrored side has some weird print on it. Sorry for the typo.

 

I've never had the game NOT work, but a lot of my games have a weird print on it as well, not sure why it does this. It may be just that particular game being scratched or something on it, try putting in different games to see if that's the case. If all
of your games to don't appear to have scratches and you tried different games into the console, your console may simply be broken. If this helped you, a like would be appreciated, thanks.

 

The only game I can get to work is my xbox 360 fallout 3. In order for me to get a game to work is for me to wipe it down over and over and that has a 1% chance of working

Bad news the print disappeared and I deleted the picture off my phone, but I am going to see if the games would world. I've previously followed the troubleshoot and came up with a failure. So as far as I know my Xbox one can only be used for apps like YouTube
Pandora etc.
