I'm tying to buy a dlc on bo3 and it says change your settin to allow purchases Or have parent do it. But I don't have parrent account. How do I make a parrent acount to change my child account settings??

yeah im 17 and i cannot upgrade to call of duty ghost on xbox one because these dumb privacy settings which now require you to be 18 to purchase any PAID content on the dashboard. I wonder if microsoft gift cards may work however
