Xbox one challenge not unlocking

I have beat Metal gear solid V: Ground zeroes with a 100% completion in the main menu, i have S ranked every mission and my "play records" say i have no kill and no combat alerts like the challenge says to do on both normal and hard for all missions, and
it has not given me the challenge, i am connected to xbox live, tried a hard reset, nothing helped

Achievement progress at 100% but not unlocking.

Sorry to hear about the achievement not unlocking. If you haven't already, you can try power cycling your Xbox One console and checking to see if the achievement pops up. It is
possible for delays to occur when unlocking achievements. Your progress for unlocking the achievement is recorded and it may take a little time for the achievement to pop up. You can find out more information regarding issues with achievements on our problems

What does 100% locked actually mean?

What does 100% is a bug in the current update it'll be soon patched hopefully. The done unlocking is what you'll see when done unlocking a achievement. I hope i cleared stuff up

Update: also i just went back and beat the missions where i used "restart from checkpoint" and i beat them in 1 try, which made them my best runs in the "Play records" and now that means i have 0 retries/0 kills/ no reflex/0 combat alerts/normal and hard
modes, thats way more effort than the challenge asked for, and i still did not get it

I am having the same problem. None of the challenges are working for me and there are only 2 days left on some. I just started this game. Fix your

amish, they told me that because the challenge im trying to get is linked to konami's stats server, its on them, but idk y u wouldnt be able to get the ones for killing rats and crows lol

To successfully unlock achievements and challenges, you need to make sure the following are true:

You have completed all of the required elements to unlock the achievement.

Note You may have to unlock a combination of achievements.
Your console must be connected to Xbox Live. To complete challenges and unlock achievements, your Xbox One console cannot be set to offline.

To add to it, UL is doing xbox challenges that unlock items in the game. Those ones we get already per month but these unlock something. Not sure what yet.
