As a member of Ceph Gaming you can expect a professional and well structured gaming organization comprised of players that were recruited because like you they wanted to expand their gaming experience by being with other like-minded and skilled players.

Ceph Gaming offers its Core Members an active online clan and community on Xbox Live. In addition to offering an active online clan and community Ceph Gaming offers its Core Members professionally designed e-sports jerseys from GamerGFX and Pwnitwear for 65
dollars as well as professionally designed graphic artwork from GamerGFX which includes: Twitch offline artwork, Twitch overlay, YouTube channel artwork, Twitter/Facebook header, and a twitter/computer background for free.

What Ceph Gaming Expects from you:

The essence of Ceph is its member base of adept, experienced, and like-minded gamers who strive to continuously improve their gaming skill, experience, and have fun in doing so. As a result we are only looking for dedicated members who are mature, intelligent,
experienced, and skilled gamers. Gamers who strive to continuously improve, communicate in game and out by engaging in discussion, working as a team, being a part of a group, and assisting in making their clan a better place.

Requirements:

Core Member: Minimum Applicant Requirements:

The following must be met before applying to Ceph Gaming.

• At least 16 years of age at the time of application
• Be able to demonstrate adept knowledge and skill in gaming
• Have multiple years of gaming experience and knowledge.

Core Member: Minimum Trial Requirements:

• Meet the requirements listed directly under "What Ceph Gaming Expects of You"
  
• Trial must remain active on Xbox Live and Website during and after the trial period.
  
• Trial must show adequate skill in FPS games
• Trial must fit socially within the clan
• Trial must adhere before and after trial period to rules and regulations of the clan
  

Application - Trial Process:

• An application will be completed and submitted at our website
  www.cephgaming.net
• If the application passes then the applicant will be interviewed* by leadership
  
• If the applicant passes the interview and is accepted then the applicant will become a trial member.
  
• The applicant will introduce themselves on the website.
• The trail process will last for no less then 30 days in which the applicant will have to meet all requirements under "Minimum Trial Requirements."
  
• The trial will be evaluated at the end of the 30 day trial period in which they will be granted Core Membership or denied.
  

*= The interview is chatting and gaming with clan leadership for at least 30 minutes. The process assists leadership in determining the applicants skill in addition to learning more about the applicant and answering any questions the applicant may have about
Ceph Gaming so that both leadership and the applicant are sure about moving forward with a trial.

Hey guys, my name is Ceph Nightmare and i'm one of the lucky guys to have joined Ceph. As far as the top comments are concerned, i agree with all stated above. We are a friendly community, hardcore gamers, and maybe somewhat wicked, but hell, who isn't these
