    Dear Players.

    I bought my new xbox one 3 days befor. Now i wanted to watch a new bluray movie and im *** up

    when i insert my disc system show me a message where is writing i have to try again and i have to be sure its game cd or bluray disc

    Wich person could help me??? Support ....THX

    hi there,

    I read somewhere that Red Dead Redemption was playable on Xbox One and even the Walmart clerk told me so... So I bought the two CD pack and now the console is giving me a message stating that the game cannot be played ? :-(
