    Xbox one causing Xbox one controller sensitivity issues


    I have had this issue off and on. I have no idea whether its an update causing the right analog stick to be too sensitive on my xbox wireless controller or the xbox itself. I have bought another controller thinking it was the controller causing the sensitivity
    issues. Nope. Same problem with new controller. I tried resetting, power cycling and even a factory reset on my xbox one. Nothing works. This issue is universal to any game I play. Help!

    My Xbox One Controller is suddenly malfunctioning big time.

    i was under the impression that the controller update adjusted the sensitivity too.

    Also be aware that different games handle controller sensitivity different, what might be a sensitivity of 4 in one game could end up being a sensitivity 6 in another game. I suggest play around with your in-game controller settings
    to fit your play style and possibly compensate for any issues you are having with the controller. Also my sensitivity has randomly changed before by some error of my own that has caused me similar frustration until I realize it lol!

    I've experienced weirdness in controls in the past and the following steps fixed it for me.

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds and then disconnect the console from power for at least 2 minutes, after that reconnect and power the console on again:
