My xbox one suddenly won't connect to my AT&t wireless router. Says it's connected to internet but my account doesn't show up under wireless. Iv'e done ALL of the fix it steps to no avail. I'm getting a "your security protocol won't work" message. This
console supports WPA/WPA2 (personal), WPA2 (personal), and WEP network security protocols, but your router is using something else. You'll need to change your configuration. Tells me to go to xbox.com/networkhardware. Guess what? That link doesn't work! BEYOND
    FRUSTRATED!

    :)

    Try this:

I went into my router and went to

    Settings

    Firewall

    Applications, Pinholes and DMZ

Went down to 2) Edit firewall settings

    Clicked Games

Under Application List I clicked XBOX

Hosted Applications I clicked XBOX as well...

    Power cycle

It sounds like all the equipment needs a power cycle. You need to unplug power from modem, router or gateway. Wait 5 minutes then first power up the modem and wait till it fully boots up then your router and wait till it boots up them power cycle your console
by holding the power button down for 10 seconds.

Sorry to hear it. Please try this link

However, I would like to recommend fully powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it and let it sit. While it's off unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds. When the internet is
back up turn your console on and see if you still have issues.

If that does not work or you need more assistance then please be sure to contact your ISP for more assistance as this would be an issue with the modem/router

You may want to try clearing the MAC address. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.
