xbox one cant read 360 discs because of priview /insider

hello i have the problem that my xbox one doesn't read my backward Compatibility 360 game discs i talk with the support and they send me to thefforums because of preview/insider

Hello, buy the first xbox one that went on sale but it does not read my xbox 360 discs and it is supposed to read the xbox 360 games, but because it does not read my Halo Combat Evoled Anniversary game. If
it is supposed to be in the list of compatible games and also the same box says that it reads the xbox 360 discs?

 

My xbox one will only read certain discs...

Very sorry to hear about the issue. Have Xbox One discs stopped reading as well? If your Xbox One console isn't able to read to Blu-ray's and Xbox One discs, but can read DVDs and Xbox 360 discs (that are backward compatible with the Xbox One), that may
indicate a hardware issue. If you're able to test different types of discs and report your finding back here, we'll be able to determine what next steps should be.

Is the game you are trying to play backward compatible? You can easly find a list online. Since you are on the preview thing it could be that a recent update made the game or games not work for some reason and will no doubt be fixed soon.

I got the same issue on my One X...

My One X can't read any 360 disc.

I got problems with CoD MW2, CoD BO, CoD WaW, Skate 3

 

And my One X does nothing, no errorcode, nothing

 

Same [Mod Removed - Profanity], but One X. Insider Beta Ring
