Xbox One cant play online

Im having problems playing for playing online games with my xbox... i do have an xbox live membership untill this november but when i try playing online i get a pop up that tells me to buy it ... i have messaged xbox support on twitter 2days ago but no
response ... please help

Hi man, same here, i just buy a 12 months xbox live gold today and cant play PUBG or Fornite (i dont have more games with online), so sad, i recently bought an Xbox one X and still cant play online

Hey my friend. Sorry about the issue at hand. Around this time we had a couple of service issues that were affecting some peoples subscription. Best thing to do for this is Do a full reset on the console
by going to

settings

power n startup

turn off n restart

restart now.


If this does not have any affect try
Remove and re add profile to your xbox
