Xbox one can't pass multiplayer test

Hello guys, as the tittle says my xbox one is no longer able to connect to xbox live even when it says it's connected to the internet. When i run the multiplayer test it says it cannot be completed, i've tried with different router, cable, wifi, restoring
to factory defaults and i still have the same issue, is there something else i can try?

100% packet loss?

Connected directly to Cable Modem with Static Public IP , 10 meg down and 1 meg up Xbox one reports 100 % packet loss, unable to pass multiplayer test. Two Xbox one tested same results.

 

"Can't finish multiplayer tests"

its been working the last two days so as long as that keeps up no issues. What happens is when i turn it to manual and change dns servers it says the dns isnt resolving xbox server names

I would very much like to piggy-back off of this issue as I seem to be suffering from the same problem.

I have run a network test - says I'm connected to the Internet; I have run a multiplayer test - says it cannot be completed (once though it said my upload speed was too low at .42kbps - it normally runs at 1mbps); I have run network diagnostics on the console
- all numbers read normally except for upload speed, which is completely blank; I have checked my NAT - it's open; I have performed a hard reset of the console - still having issues; I have unplugged and rebooted the router - still having issues; I have checked
for other devices - having them off doesn't seem to change anything; I have run speedtests on my other devices - all other devices perform normally; I have checked the Xbox Live preview program forums for similar issues - no threads were created under the
"connecting to Xbox Live" sub-forum located there.

I'm not sure what UPnP is so that would be an unknown.

My NAT is open, as stated above.

Lots of error codes - occurs while joining parties/being invited to parties, joining or creating games, sending messages, while chatting in party app (constantly get dropped), starting Upload app, starting Hulu app, websites not loading on Internet Explorer
app, syncing game content, etc.

My ISP is AT&T (I get 6mbps down and 1mbps up with ~100ms ping for latency and 0-1% packet loss and about 65%-70% wireless strength).

It seems to me that these problems started occurring sometime recently between when I got the most recent Xbox One preview program update and the past couple of days.

Anything else you guys would like to know?

Hmm, and to think I was just trying to save space by not creating duplicate threads, but oh well...

 

This was posted in a different thread by @daneldanel and it's working for me so you might want to try it.

I found that if i let the xbox on, the service starts to function normally in like 20 min, but for example , if a have to restart the console, the problem start again, I have to wait again another 20 or more minutes in order to the xbox can connect
to live again...

Support please, look into it, it's not a isp problem, it's the console itself.
