    Xbox one cant go to the homescreen.


    This problem started about a month ago, I would start up an app or game and the screen would keep flashing between the "something went wrong" dialogue box, and the home screen. The only fix was to restart the Xbox and re-install whatever app or game I wanted
    to use. Today, I started up my Xbox and there was a system update. I installed the update and allowed my Xbox to restart. Now my Xbox immediately boots to the insider app and I cant leave the app. I press the home button and nothing happens, OR if I press
    B I get an error box with the code 0x80070490. Unfortunately when I go to "xbox.com/errorhelp" and use the code, the website gives me a fix for an Xbox 360 problem. Someone please help.

    my xbox live isnt working

    I have connected my xbox to the internet but it says on the homescreen connect to xbox live and i cant play any xbox live games

    Pop up side bar not working

    Hi, im having an issue with my side bar/pop up bar to the left not popping up when pressing the xbox home button. Therefore i cant go back to my homescreen from games, netflix etc without resetting the xbox. How do i get this back?

    Xbox one cant go to the homescreen.

    I ended up solving the issue. I would restart my Xbox and when it told me that my external drive was ready I hit the home button. That took me to the games and apps section, from there I went to apps and then started the settings app. I then factory reset
    the Xbox.
