Xbox one cant go to dashboard

    Xbox one cant go to dashboard


    Can anyone please help!? when I start up my xbox it does the normal loading screen but then instead of going to the dashboard it opens the games and applications folder. From there I cant do anything! I cant go home, bring up side menu, go to xbox store.
    Anyone please help I dont want to send it in for a 3 week 135 dollar check up...

    The NXOE Dashboard is unusable.

    Same thing happening to me. Cant even use the Xbox one....useless at this point. I cant even go in and turn off the xbox preview dashboard now.

    Xbox one cant go to dashboard

    Hi

    Firstly please try and carry out a hard reset of the console by pressing the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and once the console has shut down remove the power supply from the wall for 5 minutes. Hopefully when you plug everything
    the console should now work without issue.

    Cant you just tell dashboard developers to make an update to fix this update
