XBox One - Can't get profile or game save from server

Hi there,

From Thursday 5th of March 2015, I can't play my game online or load my game profile (i.e. FIFA 15 allow me only to play locally, can't create a profile on Metal Gear Solid, can't play Chariot, ...). I've contacted the support (XBox and ISP) many times but
at the moment I can't make it work.

I live in Switzerland and my ISP is Swisscom. My console is wired on the modem and I've a strong connexion:

30 Mo/s download

10 Mo/s upload

1480 MTU

0% packet loss

but

193 ms latency

I've already tried the following:

1) clear console cache

2) remove my profile

3) clear MAC Address

4) complete power out cycle

5) set public DNS

6) set static IP address

7) port forwarding on my router

8) resync/reset of my router

Other devices (PC, laptop, smartphone) connected on the router (Wi-Fi or wired) shows a latency of 40 ms.

The last thing XBox support ask me is to factory reset my console. As I've bought it "used" on Internet, I've no download code or blu-ray disc for the games installed on it. I was working really fine for 3 months and suddenly online playing stopped.

I suppose there's a problem on Microsoft side but no one want to say a word about that. And it's strange we get an update for the XBox yesterday....

Need help transferring Skyrim saves to another Xbox and gamertag

Game saves are tied to the profile that created them. Unless the developers allow copying of saves between profiles, they can't be moved. Game saves that are moved between profiles are prohibited from gaining achivements.



You either need to start over, or wait until you get back to the profile that created the save game file.

Sorry but no,you can't merge profiles or move save data from one profile to another.

You say you bought it "used". If there were games installed on the console, the games are licensed to the Gamertag account of the previous user. Therfore the previous user can at any time make a different console his "Home Console" and "disable" the games
on your console.

So the games that came with the "used" console, are unfortunately not yours, and the previous owner can "take them away" at any time.

How does your router connect to the Internet? Is it a mobile cellphone connection (3G/4G) or is it cable based (DSL or TV cable)?

 

It's cable based (DSL) and it's working well with other device. As you mentioned the user can disable my game. But there are all installed locally on my console and I can still play locally (no profile can't be loaded or saved game synced).

If the game is "disabled" it will not let me play locally or online no?
