dmz my Console, set up dhcp reservation for my xb1, deselect/reseller upnp with power resetting inbetween Every step, removed firewalls, deselected only available IPv6 setting(no teredo tunnel setting), updated firmware, cleared alternate MAC address. Restoring
router to factory defaults, disconnected my xbox 360 from router. Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown: Yes. Tried disable/enable. Also tried with it just disabled. No luck Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: Strict and only strict with detailed

Strict NAT. Will not open after trying all options. Losing my mind.

No Luck..I have tried everything on top..still i has " Cant get Teredo IP address"..and " Your Network is behind a firewall"

Will this mean get my XBox replaced? I m still on warranty..

 

As this is a problem with your router / modem settings or with your ISP this is nothing you will have your console replaced for. Please phone your ISP to ask if they block Teredo tunneling and/or check your router's manual for disabling of an eventually
Teredo filter.

 

Hello, I have had the same issue for about 3 weeks. I did everything from Port Forwarding, DMZ Host, Static IP, new router, tried old router, even signed up for verizon premium. I contacted xbox support and they guided me through troubleshooting steps and
still nothing. I tried connecting to my buddies router which has a different internet provider and still nothing. Finally, and this will sound dumb, I set my Xbox One to factory default settings and everything worked fine. I wasn't able to play online, download
anything, and my achievements weren't unlocking but now all of that seems to be working perfectly fine. Please try that and let me know if that doesn't work. Good luck!

 

After about seven (friggin') hours of reading and trying everything that I could think of to fix this very same problem on my Xbox One I came across this thread and tried it.

Worked on the first try. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I now know my Apple Extreme router inside and out and I know the in's and out's of Teredo tunneling....sigh!

So a reset to factory defaults is what you did and it worked?

 

Yup just did reset to factory defaults and so far everything has been smooth.

 

How long has that worked for WoofinAintEazy?

My hdd is full, my internet is rubbish and almost all my games are digital. May need to pick up a cheap external and try this.

I spent nearly 90 mins on the phone with support today with my ISP who had no idea how to fix my issue so theyre sending me a new router which is supposed to be an upgrade.

In the mean time I shall pick up a 1tb hdd tomorrow and do a factory reset of the console, either way I need new hdd.

 

Ya I did same thing, spent hours with ISP and Xbox and ordered new router but that didn't work. Hopefully factory reset will fix everything for you.

 

Its just so odd that everything works except online play. I got a free upgrade so hopefully that helps, or fingers crossed that your method does. I shall update tomorrow once Ive completed the factory reset, cause at the moent I cant play Destiny or even
Diablo 3 as it needs to connect to Microsoft for the save file.
