Xbox One - Can't get 360 games with gold games in July

and the Xbox One is actually downloading the game.

It's absolutely bizarre that the xbox marketplace doesn't like the IP my ISP provides but does happily let me get the game when VPNbook's VPN says I'm in Nova Scotia. lol

Oh and to reply to onyxishere I'm in Canada and my account is set to Canada (English).

 

Well the game runs, I don't know that it's actually any good and I doubt I'm ever going to play it again after this 5 minutes session, but at least there is a workaround for the issue of getting these games for now.

 

I'm glad it works fine. In cases like these, issues split into 2 categories, from what I know: billing or regional. So yeah, that's that.

 

Thanks for replying. If your ISP is making the system thing you live somewhere else then you should contact them to let them know what's going on. It could be something in their settings causing this.

 

Well the geo location for my IP address IS correct when I got to www.whatismyipaddress.com

It says Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada and that is in fact where I am.

Use the reigon migration tool under the website under my account and change my region

Sometimes if you change the region too many times on the console you will mess up with the settings

Or sometimes the account doesn't migrate completely

Fyi if you live at a us foreign bases that doesn't count as the us you must use the host country

 

So after a few months of no problems this is happening once again. This time it's for Mirror's Edge.

 

I've never had any issues downloading GWG but this month I can't download MIrror's Edge. I have recently purchased other digital games and content with no problem but Mirror's Edge won't work on both my console and from my PC.

There's no error code. It just says 'Your purchase can not be completed at this time' with no other information.

This is the same problem that pete8475 has been having for months. Has anyone come up with any ideas?

We are aware of issues with Mirror's Edge specifically, and are working on resolving it. We have no information on when it will be resolved, but keep an eye out on your console for when you can purchase it again. Thanks for understanding!
