Xbox one - can't download xbox 360 games

Hello. I can't add to my colection games from xbox 360 that are available with gold
subscription.

When I find that games in xbox marketplace in order to add games i have to pay for them.

I have no problems with adding game destined for xbox one.



Please help me with solving this problem.

Downloading on Xbox One

You can't pre download games for the Xbox one because the Xbox one isn't out yet plus you can only play 360 games on 360 you can't play 360 games on the Xbox one an I'm not sure about your other question

 

Cannot buy games with backward compatibility (Trial Gold)

I can download Xbox one games with "Games with Gold" but i can't download 360 Game.

On the One, when you go to My Games and Apps > Games, and scroll all the way to the right, your already purchased backward compatible games aren't in the Ready to Install section?

To download the free Backward Compatible x360 Game with gold on your XboX One, do as follow

• Go to Games With Gold
• Go the x360 Games part
• Click on Download from XBox Store
• When on the Page you will see that indeed the game is not free (that's the tricky part).
  
• Click on Buy Game (don't be afraid, it will not do anything without confirmation)
  
• Wait until the pop up load and TADA... it will say Free!!!
• Click on Download (or something like that)

Now the part you need to install the game on your XBox One is pretty simple:

• Go to My Games and Apps
• Scroll to the right. Check if you see your game in the Ready to Install
• If yes, install the game

  option or purchase the title using an Xbox 360 console.
