    Xbox one can't download anything


    Whenever I try to download anything it says me to put in my billing information but when I click it it shows all the information already there and when I click ok again it just tells me to input it again. It goes back and forth. It does this on xbox.com,
    Xbox one, and smartglass. It also does this for free games and free apps. It started doing this a few days ago.

    Can't download anything!!

    I have plenty of points. It lets me "buy" new puzzle groups, but it won't allow any downloads. It says "downloading", but nothing happens. Help!

    Hi there xs Nacho sx!

    Try and change your billing information by going to Settings>Payment & Billing> and then change your billing information rather that updating it at the point of purchase. After you've verified the information, try removing your profile (Settings> Remove
    Accounts) and then performing a soft reset by pressing and holding the power button for 8-10 seconds. Turn the system on and try again. If this doesn't work feel free to PM me!

    I have the same problem, but only on Smartglass and xbox.com, downloads on Xbox One are working fine.

    Billing information is correct!

    Any idea?

    Bing used to support downloads. a person using common sense is the best anti virus, Bing already has a standard web protection. So I don't see a problem with them adding downloads back.

    Downloading things is a security risk..

    You aren't talking about a pc but a console

    No console supports downloads. Never have via Web browser

    .

    That being said you can download mods just not non supported mods

    Minecraft on consoles accept realms only mods

    Xbox's web browser is not intended to be used like a computer, just as Xbox

    You would have no way of installing them on an Xbox even if you did download them

    I have gotten malware from top 100 web sites through their ad banners. No common sense would have prevented that, since they had yet to be identified and added to the anti virus signature lists
