Xbox One can't do anything right now.

My younger brothers xbox one can't do anything right now

It can't launch, install or uninstall any game.

It can still turn on/off, settings and launch apps.

We already looked at the network settings and performed hard resets but no progress so far.

Any way how to fix this, It looks a lot like the ddos attacks a few weeks ago.

Xbox Live Down for the Count

I can't connect to Xbox live right now. But I have a network connection. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Or do I wait?

Can't do anything

thanks mister for the response but that did not resolve the issue. I can't go into my settings. It kicked me back to my main screen. When I got to the setting tab after hitting the Xbox button on my control it says "connect to xboxlive" after restart console

It appears that the only service that is currently experiencing issues is VUDU. Have you tried logging out and logging back in of your profile?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you've removed and replaced your security info within the last 30 days, you'll have to wait until the 30-day period is over before you can do it again. This waiting period helps protect your account if an attacker gets your password.

During the 30-day period, you can sign in on your device, but there will be certain things you can’t do with your account.

Here's what to expect after you've updated your security info:

1. The security info you chose to remove will be deleted in 30 days. During that time, we'll send notifications to the phone number or email address that's being removed, in case an attacker is attempting to remove your information.

2. You can continue using your console during the 30-day waiting period, and you can continue using your account to make purchases online.

3. You can’t make changes to the security info on your account, change your password, or manage parental controls online.
