Xbox One can't connect to Xbox Live

So I've had this reoccurring problem with the xbox one backwards compatibility since it was released. I would pop in a backwards compatible game and it would start up no problem, until I have to sign in using the xbox 360 kind of sign in. I go to sign in
and it tells me the xbox can't connect to the internet. I've restarted the xbox one multiple times and nothing happened, i even deleted the profile (the biggest mistake) and now i can't download the profile. Is there a way to fix this or am i just out of luck
and can't play backwards compatible games?

HEELLPP!!!!! I am trying to connect to my xbox live while playing Lego Indiana Jones for the 360 one

I have been trying to connect to xbox live while playing a 360 game on my one, as I mentioned above the game was Lego Indy for the 360. It says it can't connect to live but IM SIGNED INTO LIVE ON MY XBOX ONE PROFILE. Which is on the same console I'm trying
to connect to 360 live on. T.T can't connect my behind. T.T Please Help Me!

Let's try to clear the 360 cache on the console and see if that helps.

1. 1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
   
2. 2. Select Settings.
3. 3. Select All settings.
4. 4. Select System and then select Storage.
5. 5. Select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage".
6. 6. Select Yes and restart the console. This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.
