xbox one cant connect to titanfall servers

i didn't know were to post this i didn't see a better category, so sorry if i picked wrong. i think this is because my NAT is moderate, my 360 is on the same network and its open but i am having problems opening it for my xbox one. my router wouldn't let
me use the same application name (xbox live. so i have been searching for ways around this and all i have found is to, enable DMZ to my xbox one. i have done this and it didn't help. if any one has a suggestion or can direct me to better help that would
be great.

Can't connect to Titanfall games/server

I can't connect to the servers without getting disconnected in 2 minutes or less.

I have tried a wired connection and wireless.

I just did a factory reset on the Xbox One.

I unplugged my system for 2 minutes several times.

I restored my router settings to default, tried UPNP, DMZ, Port fowarding, static ip. (one at a time).

I unplugged my Netgear router and Motorola modem for 2 minutes several times.

I deleted Titanfall and reinstalled it on the Xbox One. (digital download).

Downloading Titanfall from Xbox Live even caused my Xbox One to freeze.

I was forced to do a full factory reset today.

I still can't access the EA servers on the digital xbox one version of Titanfall.

I've tried everything.

Call Of Duty Ghosts and Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare (EA servers) works fine.

I can't connect to Titanfall servers on Xbox One.

I have Titanfall on PC and it runs fine on the servers.

Going to contact microsoft support. I paid $40 and can't access any part of Titanfall.

Can you sign into xbl or just not connect to the servers of TF?

i can sign into xbl, i couldn't find a forum for networking problems, so i posted here. i think its my nat issue. so far im not liking my new xbox

Try doing a power cycle to clear some cache, most of the times thats a reason why you cant connect, also check if titanfall servers and xbox servers too are ok https://help.ea.com/en/titanfall/titanfall/ By the way, also check if thats the only game you
are having problems

slow Internet connection may cause an error message when trying to join a server or play your game some might even get an infinite connecting loop trying unplugging your router/modem for 15-20 seconds and plugging it back up to see if it fixes the issue
