Xbox one, cant connect to some games on live, please help!

Hello there, i have been having troubles connecting to games via xbox live on the xbox one. It has been an ongoing problem for a while now, I cant seem to connect to xbox live services on some games for examble Diablo 3 reaper of souls and call of duty advanced
warfare, but i can connect to Destiny and play absolutrly fine on there, my NAT is showing open and everything is aparently "good"

me and my friend cannot connect to gather in a party on live

so i cant connect to my friend on xbox live i was hopeing for help lease. and i cant connect to some of my other friends either.

 

Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps? If not then you may need to contact the game developers as the issue may be game specific.

 

na its not the game its ur xbox i think my m8 has this problem also he get dc every time he goes online it is very annoying single player is fine it is only when he goes online it goes wrong. It is very annoying for him and for me all we wanna do is bash
some fifa minecraft and gta but we can't coz when ever he goes online he get blood dc looool. Also one more thing everything works fine on his xbox 360 he does not get dc randomly and it was working fine for him a month ago
