Xbox One - Can't connect to several games

Thanks for reaching out. In reference to your question, you will have to contact EA. I did some research on the EA website. Other users that have received this error message is in reference to receiving a ban on the developers server.

To dispute any action against your EA account, please check this FAQ:
https://help.ea.com/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts Provided by EA Community Manager.

A workaround for this will to create a new EA account due to the other one being affected.

Here in forums we do not have any tools to help assist with EA servers and error messages. Thanks you for your post and letting us know about the situation, but please refrain from posting duplicate threads as that is considered as spam per

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the EA servers. Unfortunately, here in forums we do not have access into the developers servers. If you are receiving the error message " EA servers are not available at this time", you will need
to contact the developer for more assistance with their server.

Everything said it was good. Xbox was working fine until a few weeks ago. The message in Madden 19 says Connection Lost - you have lost your connection to the EA servers. Please make sure your Ethernet cable is connected. You will be unable to access
any online features.

The message in NCAA said Attention -The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later.

We have contacted EA and they gave the ports to open. Then contacted our internet provider. Our connection is good. They opened up all the ports that EA said to.

Any other ideas?

hi, do you have any error messages under settings and then network? you can run the whole test. some games need additional port forwarding. did you try a power cycle:

We understand that you have been experiencing an issue concerning the inability to play some multiplayer games for their multiplayer purposes.

Could you possibly test your network and provide those statistics here:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection.

Upon doing so, if any errors arise, please follow our Xbox One network connection solution support article
for direct assistance with any of those errors.
