Xbox one can’t connect to account

My xbox one just cant load the sign in page. I did a full teset and still when i try to add new account it loads for a moment then goes right back to the option to add new account. Has any one had this issue? Is my xbox toast?

I only have the one account and yes I still can’t connect to servers

Fixed it. Just had to mash the a button. If you think you are doing it too much.... you are not. I’m talking ten minutes of mashing the a button in hopes something would happen. It eventually did. And allowed me to log in.

Xbox One S, not series S. And I just tried and it says it connected on my phone but “can’t connect to the internet”,on my xbox

I’m having the same issue. Told me to connect to Xbox live but it won’t connect. I am connected to the internet because the other apps work. Can’t contact Xbox because their virtual assistant is a nightmare and freezes up.

So I tried to remove my account and re add it, but now it won’t even let me add an account back to the Xbox. Now I can’t use any apps. Basically stuck.

I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.
