Xbox one can't connect to 360 servers

My xbox one can connect to all xbox one servers, but if i try to play a 360 game on my xbox one, it wont connect to online. I can still use xbox one party chat and messaging but can't play the 360 game online. PLZ HELP.

Sorry to hear about the issue with connecting to servers in Minecraft. What happens if you visit https://account.xbox.com/settings and check the "Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety" settings? Are you seeing
that the ability to join Multiplayer Games is Allowed?

I'm sorry to see any connection issues! It does appear that you had launched up Black Ops 2 last on the console, according to
your public profile. Were you able to jump into a game successfully, or was it still giving you a connection error?

If it's still giving you an error, be sure to run the connection test within the Xbox 360 Guide. Let me know where the error happens when you go through that test, and what the top line says when you hit "A" for more info.

Hi,

I don't beelieve that the xbox 360 servers will shut down due to the fact that you can play 360 games on the one and you need to be connected to the 360 servers to unlock achievements

Thanks for coming to the forums. You are unable to hear as a Xbox 360 game connects to the 360 servers. The party chat is running through the Xbox one servers.
