    xbox one cannot read 150826 bytes


    so ive had problems downloading titanfall 2 for about 2 weeks now, but

    it FINALLY downloaded. i launched the game and it said, "Error could not

    read 150826 bytes" i dont know what this means so i uninstalled and am now reinstalling, does has anybody had this problem? How can i fix it?

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Did the reinstallation of your game resolve the issue or are you still having trouble getting Titanfall 2 to load? Are you able to play other games as well or is this affecting everything? Are you installing your game to your
    Xbox One's internal hard drive or an external? Can you try installing it to a different storage device to see if that helps? If none of that works, I'd recommend

    factory resetting     your console next. You can keep your games and apps when you do this.

    Give that a go and keep us posted!

    Thanks for responding. This does not affect me playing other games, but that game is still re-installing. It seems to be affecting the updates for other games that have just gone live like R6S. I am installing to the Xbox One internal hard drive, I do not
    have an external hard drive. I have also tried doing the Factory Reset about a week ago when i was on a call with a different support agent. In addition I have tried changing my NAT type from Strict to Open, although this did not work. I have had this problem
    with other games such as Overwatch and Battlefield 4. Those games have both downloaded though and i do not not what is causing this problem or how to fix it. Please respond whenever you can, Thank you

    Sorry for the delayed response. That's really strange that you can't get Titanfall to download at all. If you'd like to explore the refund option, you'll want to reach out to our

    phone team     for help with that. Another thing that may be worth trying (if at all possible) is borrowing a disc version of the game and installing it via disc and using your digital license to play. That should get around the issue with downloading the game
    itself.

    New Xbox One S drops network connection when in Instant On mode

    I had exactly the same issue with an Xbox One S and my new One X, and I have done a lot of testing with this.

    Soon after either console goes into standby mode, I can see a constant and consistent test ping from my PC to Googles DNS start to time out as you can see below.

    Also, my 4K sport channel on my BT TV box stops working.

    As soon as I pull the cable out of the back of the Xbox One S or X the ping fires back into life and the channel starts working again. Go figure.
