    (Xbox One) Cannot download season pass


    Hi,

    I got a weird problem with TR season pass. I bought it (I got confirmation, and it show in the marketplace I own it) but when I try to download it from the "Market" menu in the game, it says I have to be logged on xbox live to get it. I am logged on my xbox,
    the network is ok, it is same profile ,etc...

    Any idea what is the problem ?

    Season Pass Problem

    I purchased the Season Pass for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare on the 360 and I have the following problems:

    1. I cannot download the Ascendance DLC because it wants me to purchase it again.

    2. I cannot transfer my Season Pass over to Xbox One even though the description said I could.

    Please help!

    Season pass

    I have purchased the season pass for black ops 2 and when i try to download the vengeance dlc it asks me to pay for it. i cannot gain access to the account that i bought the season pass with but the data for the season pass is still on my xbox.

    I have the same issue with Minecraft Story Mode season 1 episodes 2-8. I own the digital deluxe season pass. The download gets to 99% then fails every time
    Same here with the digital version of the 2nd season. Bought the season pass but cannot download the episodes. :(

    Newly purchased games missing from account.xbox.com/MyGames list

    I own BF Premium and season passes for Fallout 4, Batman AK, Doom, the season passes show as owned but not installed, on Xbox.com they cannot be accessed to download, it states owned. The related content is installed on the console but as the season pass
    is not it asks to be bought, this is over a week now.

    Buying Hardened Edition on 360 - Want to use Season Pass on Xbox One. How?

    This is how to do it:

    redeem the season pass on XBOX 360, then on XBOX one it will see that you have the season pass on the 360 and will let you install it on the one. The season pass is usable on both consoles.

    What that picture means with the arrow going from 360 to the one means that you can carry over the pass from 360 to the one. You cannot carry over the pass from the one to the 360.

    So make sure you redeem the pass on the 360 first.

    No, you cannot transfer your season pass to another account. You can download any DLCs included with your season pass using your old account, and be able to use the DLCs on the new account.
