    Wagwan people,

    My Xbox One is having a funny problem with downloading any game or app on the Microsoft Store. Every single time I try to download something from the store, the "install" button just freezes and doesn't do anything at all or when I restart my Xbox and try
    to access the store, it gives me a black screen and I have to force quit the store. Funny thing is, I have another Xbox One with my account on it and it doesn't work when I try to download anything on there, and the mobile app through the store.

    Here are a list of some of the troubleshooting steps I have taken to try and resolve the problem:

    - Hard reset my Xbox One a few times

    - Factory Reset (kept apps and games) twice

    - Resetting my UPnP on my router though my NAT is always open so I did this just in case

    - Going offline and online on my Xbox One network settings

    This is the weirdest error I have experienced before with no error code to go with it, simply just says "something went wrong on our end" though the service statues are fine.

    Any help would be much appreciated, just wanna play Skate 3 :c

    Cannot Connect To Store 0x876c0001

    Cannot buy download games thru the Xbox 1 store. Cannot even access the store. Keep getting that error number above. Otherwise Youtube works and Microsoft Edge still works.

    I went to go rent some Xbox1 games from my local video store yesterday but they would not install at all. The video store gave me credit for a future rents at least. But now I'm afraid to stick any new CD in because I doubt it will install right.

    So I'm stuck playing all my old games. When will this be fixed?

    Microsoft Bingo app will not download/install Xbox One cannot download any app/game from the store, install button doesn't work at all. :(

    I can not download and install this app at all! I can download and install ANY other App from the Windows App store except this one. It states that i already own this app and that it can be downloaded to my PC.

    When i try to install i get the error code 0x80073cf0 .

    Ant help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Game pass for PC bugged.

    The problem is in the microsoft store. The Xbox app cannot see ms store. You will run all the games you have installed, but you will not download the game and application from ms store.

    error code 0x87e00064 on NBA (Brand new game just got it out of the box)

    Found a similar fix!!!

    1) uninstall Blu-ray app

    2) when you get the installation stopped error go to the game in the xbox store. A button should say "install" in the xbox store

    3) remove your disc and immediately click the install button in the xbox store. This will download the game instead of installation it from the disc.

    Takes much longer but worked for me.

    Hey,

    This is easily fixed by going to the store on your console and searching for the game there and then manually pressing the install button.

    If that for some reason doesn’t work try downloading the Xbox app and try installing it from there.

    The Microsoft Store only provides an "Install from Xbox App" button for Xbox Game Pass games instead of a download option, which then opens a game's install page in the Xbox App.
