  1. Xbox One cannot connect over bluetooth to my PC

    Hello,

Since yesterday I`m trying to connect my wireless Xbox One controller to my PC, but with no success.

I`ve updated the firmware of the controller to version 2.3.2381.0 (using Xbox Accessories), also my windows version is Windows 10 Pro 1607 (Build 14393.393). According to the info page I should be able to connect to the PC via Bluetooth without any issues.

My bluetooth device is not built in - I`ve purchased a separate dongle - it is working - I`ve connected my phone to the computer, but when I try all standard steps to connect the controller it is not showing it in the bluetooth panel as a device that I can
    pair to the computer.

I`ve read a number of articles on the matter, here it is what I tried:

    - restarting the PC

    - restarting the controller

    - plug off the bluetooth adapter and then plug it again

    - check for newer firmware for the controlled and downloading it

    - checking Device Manager for missing drivers - all looking good there

    - check if the controller is working over USB - all fine here too

    - check if there is working battery in the controler - yes

What can I do to connect my controller to the PC and use it over wireless with standard 4.0 bluetooth adapter?

    B

    :)

  3. Problem with my controler Xbox one Bluetooth

    Hello Cerfvoyage4344,

If you haven't already done so, may I suggest following up with "Connect and troubleshoot Bluetooth on your
    Xbox One Wireless Controller
" . If you continue to have a problem connecting via Bluetooth, I would be curios if the controller works with your PC using the USB port, "How
to connect an Xbox One Wireless Controller to a Windows PC
" . Let us know if this helps.

Comment connecter sa manette élite sur son téléphone ?[How to connect your elite controller to your phone?]

    Hi Thomas,

Unfortunately the Xbox Elite Wireless controller is not Bluetooth capable. Only the current Xbox One Wireless controllers have Bluetooth technology and they can only connect to Windows 10 PC's. The Xbox Elite controller will need an Xbox Wireless Adapter
in order to connect to the PC wireless. Xbox One controllers cannot currently connect to mobile phones in any way unfortunately.

Apologies for the inconvenience but I'm sure Microsoft will include Bluetooth technology in the next iteration of the Elite controller sometime in the near future and possible make a way to connect to mobile phones. Maybe you can post this idea over on
Xbox Ideas to get this seen by the right people.

Xbox Bluetooth Controller as well headset not being recognized

the controller supports bluetooth connection to pc and mobile devices but does not support audio over bluetooth in any way shape or form (does support audio passthrough when wired to pc)

the headset should work though when the controller is wirelessly connected to the xbox one.

have you resynced the controller to the xbox one.

    How to connect my controller.

I have done all of that, I cannot update my controller because as previously stated I cannot get the controller to connect my controller to the PC to update. As for bluetooth, Bluetooth updating is not something you can do.

Xcloud on a Windows 10 desktop PC

You don't need bluetooth, If you cannot connect the controller wirelessly, then connect it with a cable instead. I connect my controller to my PC with a cable, and it works fine with Xcloud.

I need a way to successfully unsync my Xbox controller from my console, so I can again use it on my laptop via bluetooth.

I will give the solutions a try and report. I am not sure the bluetooth connection to the PC will over-write the xbox connection.
