Xbox one can seriously not be explained without using the word "Pathetic"

Now before i start my rant. I have been playing Microsoft's Xbox console since 2002 which is about 13 years now. Got it a couple months after it was first released. Got the Xbox 360 in 2005 and only just recently just got the Xbox one in December 2014. So
far i have enjoyed the Xbox to its fullest capabilities. Until i got the Xbox One...

Xbox one has been the most painful and
excruciating piece of crap i have ever purchased in my life. First, countless, countless problems! At one point i couldnt even use the power buttons on the console to turn it on/off and i couldnt
eject the disc out. On the 360 you could press Y to eject the disc from your remote, but on the xbone? nope, after my Xbox one console buttons didn't work for a few days and had a disc stuck in there i had to go onto the internet and search for posts on how
to fix the problem, i ended up having to get a little tooth pick and hard reset it from the side where the USB slot is.
WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE? why cant i press Y on my controller to eject the disc? Ps4 and 360 has this option and i have no idea why Xbone doesn't have the same thing? Did you
guys sit in your little conference room and come up with the brilliant idea on
NOT to add a remote eject of a disc on the controller? seriously its such a simple and LOGICALLY option to include... and honestly
why did i have this problem in the first place?

Achievements! please, this is probably THEE worst crap i have ever witnessed on this console.
Why on earth do i need to be connected to the internet to check my achievements let alone needing to be online to earn it? why can't i earn achievements offline? I played through half of an entire game before i
realised i wasn't getting achievements until i connected the internet back on and had to redo the whole game just to get those achievements. Honestly its just pathetic. I love seeing achievements pop up and to me its a really exciting and a satisfying reward
to earn, achievements are the sole reason why i love playing the Xbox (360) in the first place. But ever since i got the Xbox one earning achievements has diminished to an all time low. I don't want to sit on my couch and wait for the achievement lists to
load for ever, and after about a minute or two it comes up with an error saying it cannot be loaded!?!?!??!? on the Xbox 360 you click the home button, scroll to the left, hit "achievements" click your game and BAMN! all of your achievements come up >>>INSTANTLY<<<
and it was easy to navigate too. Snapping achievements is a terrible idea! i just want to quickly view my achievement, see the info, look at the background, maybe see some other achievements i could possibly get, and quickly pop back into my game. The Xbox
360 offered this option and made earning achievements so much easier and way more satisfying. Right now for example i just completed Halo 3 on Halo mcc on legendary, i want to view the achievements for the game and put the new background i just got for it
and apply it to my home screen but i can't even load the achievements to begin with! it keeps coming up with the
error saying the achievements cannot be loaded. >pathetic<

Storage. Okay, installing games is pretty crap but the Ps4 has this too, but to me if you install a game you shouldn't have to be connected to the internet to load up the achievements, but that's besides this paragraphs topic. I have only 3 games installed
on my Xbone and those have already exceeded 43% of my total storage. 3 games and I'm already running out of storage! I don't want to go down to my nearest Jb-hi-fi and buy an external hard drive just so i can fit an extra 4 or 5 games on it, and having to
bring that hard drive along with the Xbox one every where i go. You should at least give us more than 500 gigs on the Xbox because it just isn't enough. Too pricey to add on? well that's your fault for making us install games in the first place.

countless, countless problems where i cannot be bothered right now to argue about because honestly there is just so many more i can include into this.

As a veteran Xbox owner for 13 years i can tell you right now Xbox One is a pretty pathetic console to buy, and you're hearing this from a veteran Xbox Microsoft supporter who has only ever used the Xbox to play my favourites such as Halo. Check my total games
played, check my gamer score, the proof is all there, I'm not hating on Xbox, in fact I'm an avid Xbox supporter but i simply cannot support the Xbox one. I have both a PS4 and Xbox One and i can honestly say right now i'm preferring Ps4 which still surprises
me.

TLR. Xbox One is pathetic compared to PS4(3) and Xbox 360. recommendation: Do Not Buy

It's not horrible, but I would like to see some sort of melding of the old forums and the current forums.

Bob is right. EA "is" pathetic. Since EA is not plural, than "is" would be the correct word.

Hey there, sorry to hear about your experience, I can't say I've had the same one and enjoy the Xbox One console every day. If you're not completely done with Xbox, I suggest making a few of the things you've mentioned into feedback posts here:

Quite a lot of ideas at the feedback site have already been made into features so you help improve the system or maybe just move on if you're that unsatisfied.
