Xbox One Call of Duty black ops 2 DLCs not showing up in ready to install

Ok, I have the games installed on Xbox 360 and they are backwards compatible. Black Ops 1 shows up on my Xbox One's ready to install same with Modern Warfare 3 but Black Ops 2 and alot of my other games DON'T show up. I don't understand why.

If the purchase is showing on your order history, this is probably just a sync issue. Please try to remove and add your account to the console and do a power reset in-between:

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove. ​​​

4. Close. ​​​

Power Reset:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.

Then, go to the path on my first reply and see if the add-ons are showing there to be installed.

I cannot see the packs at

- Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

I have checked my order history and the season pass is there.

In this case, I'm sorry but looks like I've exhausted all the troubleshooting steps I'm familiar with. I'm going to open your question back up so that other Experts can try to help. Thank you for your time and sorry nothing worked so far.
